Tremblay, Chablis 1er Cru Montmain 2022

Chablis has set the rhythm of life for the Tremblay family for the past 5 generations. Guardians of tradition and with a great love for wine, husband-wife duo Gerard & Helene Tremblay farm 34ha of vineyard and produce wines from 4 different AOC Chablis appellations. Their wines are made with great care, a lot of love and a real attention for detail. Montmain 2022 is taken from one of the best sites in Chablis. Brilliant pale yellow in colour with green flashes, the nose opens with notes of acacia flowers, yellow nectarine and green citrus fruits. Beautifully complex, the palate is round and creamy in texture with honeyed notes leading to a lively yet lingering finish. An amazing pair with soft cheeses or risotto.
